| J. Michael Boyd Position: Chairman of the Board
Before joining Western Wind, Mike served as an elected member of the Central Arizona Water Conservation District, the largest water utility in the State of Arizona and its biggest electrical consumer. Prior to that, Mike served two terms on the Pima County (Arizona) Board of Supervisors, elected to help run a county of one million residents, with an operating budget of over $1 billion.
Mike has assisted Western Wind Energy in acquiring, leasing and zoning real estate suitable for the development of wind farms in Arizona and California. He has excellent relationships with the state's local and state governments, federal government agencies and largest utilities such as Arizona Public Service and Tucson Electric. In addition, he has been instrumental in developing the resource standard in Arizona. Mike graduated from UCLA with a degree in Political Science in 1978.

| Jeffrey J. Ciachurski Position: Director
Jeff Ciachurski acts as principle executive officer and principal advisor representing the operating and management team to the Board of Directors. He provides executive leadership, strategic planning, corporate policy and execution of the Company's business and financial plan.
Mr. Ciachurski formulated the mission statement, forms corporate structure, appoints and designates senior management personnel, defines geographic areas of responsibility and engages senior independent consultants. He maintains continuous and proactive relationships with leading institutional and retail shareholders, and establishes and maintains close contacts within the investment banking and project financing community.
Mr. Ciachurski originated the initial group of seed investors and completed Western Wind Energy's original prospectus and executed the listing agreement with the Toronto Venture Exchange. He lead the growth of the shareholder base from a small group of original seed shareholders to well over 10,000 public retail and institutional investors.
Mr. Ciachurski directed Western Wind Energy from a concept into an industry recognized, vertically integrated, renewable energy developer, owner and operator. He established the project development pipeline in California, Arizona and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He also acquired, by ownership, over 4,000 acres of prime renewable energy real estate, 25,000 acres of public leases, lead the acquisition of two operating wind energy generation facilities consisting of over 500 wind turbine generators without any project or corporate debt, and the financial completion of over $430 million of new wind and solar construction with two new projects totalling 130.5 MW coming online prior to Q4 2011.
Mr. Ciachurski negotiated and completed Power Purchase Agreements with major utilities, Turbine Supply Agreements with bankable wind turbine vendors, corporate equity placements with leading international investment funds and $300 million in project debt arrangements with major world Triple AAA rated lenders.
