Robert Bryce comes with a resource background and has experience in working in public companies. Apart from his responsibilities at Western Wind, he has also been the president and director of Abitex Resources Ltd. since 1996. Robert has acquired extensive experience in effecting several large capital projects during the course of his active career.

Position: Corporate Secretary and Director
Claus Andrup has been the president of Andrup & Associates, a public relations firm since 1980. He has also been the president of Cape Marine Corp., a personal holding and investment company, since 1992.

| | | Cash A. Long
Position: Director
Cash Long comes with 25 years of experience in the wind energy industry in several key aspects such as developing and managing wind farms, negotiating power purchase and transmission agreements, and salvaging and re-developing projects. Apart from his responsibilities at Western Wind, Cash is the principal and chief executive officer of Mogul Energy Corporation.
Cash has in depth knowledge of the real estate in Tehachapi and maintains relationships with Southern California Edison, the local state utility.
